              The Coordinating Committee for Full-time Courses was one of the College/Campus Committees. This file consists of agenda for 3/94 meeting and includes the minutes of the second meeting of Coordinating Committee.

              As the meeting focuses on the area of Teaching Practice, other miscellaneous documents are also included:
              1) Notes to staff on supervision of teaching practice 1995;
              2) Records related to Teaching Practice, such as Teacher Practice Report Forms, Checklists on Student Performance, Supervision Records, and Supervision Forms.

              The Academic Studies Board (ASB), chaired by the Principal, consisted of the two Vice-Principals, and all Principal Lectures/Heads of Departments. It chief functions were:

              • to initiate discussion on issues in connection with the implementation of College training programmes, the monitoring of students' progress and related College administration;
              • to receive and study reports from Ad hoc Committees, Advisory Units, Study and Research Unit that appointed by the Principal, and to endorse their recommendations for College implementation.

              There were normally four meetings in an academic year.

              The file includes minutes and discussion papers of the Academic Studies Board.

              In 1972, the Student Staff Co-ordination Committee (SSCC) was established by the lectures and students to foster co-ordination and cooperation between the College's students and staff. The SSCC should discuss matters that it believed would directly or indirectly contribute to the development of the College or its students. Normally, the SSCC would meet at least once a month.

              The file includes proposed terms of reference, notices, agendas, communiqués and minutes of meetings. It also includes materials relating to a survey on the “Personal Tutorial System” and documentation outlining a sequence of events concerning a donation.
