History

The Education University of Hong Kong Archives is inaugurated in August 2016 to support research and education by collecting, preserving and providing access to records that document the life of the University and the important role it played in the history of Hong Kong.

The Education University of Hong Kong Archives seeks to acquire and preserve both administrative and academic records relating to the University, the Hong Kong Institute of Education, and the five preceding teacher training institutions including Northcote College of Education, Grantham College of Education, Sir Robert Black College of Education, the Hong Kong Technical Teachers' College, and the Institute of Language in Education. It welcomes contributions of relevant records by transfer and donation.
