The formulation of the Development Plan aimed to communicate each units’ missions, objectives and strategies to the senior management, other units staff as well as students for effective planning, resourcing, synergy, and implementation at different levels. All plans contributed together to the achievement of the Strategic Objectives in Strategy 2000 in a progressive and concerted way.

These records document the formulation, review, and implementation of the School Development Plan across various units within School of Foundations in Education. The School Management Team (SMT) comprises the Dean, Associate Dean, Department Heads, and Programme Leaders. The SMT members meet monthly to discuss issues related to academic matters, resources, strategies and School management. It enhances communication and consultation within the School and its constituent Departments on issues related to teaching and learning, research and implementation and new developments of all subjects and programmes.

The file includes meeting agenda, meeting notes, and related correspondence for the 72nd and 88th meetings. The records document discussions and coordination of academic and administrative matters within the School.
