The records were transferred from two former Northcote Campuses at Sassoon Road and Bonham Road. They were initially placed on compact shelves of the EdUHK Library before being sent to EdUHK Archives in 2020.

Includes memoranda, meeting notes, data sheets, reports and bound volumes regarding the use of the Management Information and Control System (MICS) at the Colleges of Education and the Hong Kong Technical Teachers' College.
The titles of the bound volumes are as follows:
- MICS Procedure Manual 1987;
- Application of Management Information & Control System in Colleges of Education, Pilot Study - 1986 (2 versions in total, and each version has 3 copies);
- Management Information Derived from 86-87 MICS Exercise;
- Management Information Derived from 87-88 MICS Exercise.
