The titles of the bound volumes are as follows:

Application of Management Information & Control System in Colleges of Education, Pilot Study 1986 (2 versions in total, and each version has 3 copies);
Management Information Derived from 86-87 MICS Exercise;
Management Information Derived from 87-88 MICS Exercise.
Includes agenda and minutes of the Teacher Education Consultative Committee, which was part of a two-tier consultative committee composed of Principals of the Colleges of Education, the Education Department, the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, to better coordinate teacher education matters in Hong Kong.
Includes the revised syllabi of the elective subjects available for study at Northcote College of Education for the full-time two-year and three-year courses.
When both courses were introduced in September 1980, each student was required to elect for study three subjects which he/she intended to teach after graduation from the courses. With effect from September 1984, the syllabi were recast into units of study and students would only be required to study two elective subjects. It was hoped that the reduction in elective studies would pave the way for more flexibility and further improvement of the course curriculum.
Includes staff lists, organisation charts and descriptions of job positions in Northcote College of Education for the years 1983, 1985/86, 1987/88, 1988/89 and 1990/91.
Includes meeting particulars, reports and memoranda, on the planning, implementation and review of courses on the use of Chinese for secondary school teachers for teaching specific subjects. The courses were developed jointly by the Advisory Inspectorate of the Education Department, the Colleges of Education, the Hong Kong Technical Teachers' College, and the Institute of Language in Education.
