The School Heads Meeting (SHM) consists of the Dean and Department Heads. The file includes the meeting agenda, minutes, and follow up action records documenting decisions made and actions arising from the meeting.

The formulation of the Development Plan aimed to communicate each units’ missions, objectives and strategies to the senior management, other units staff as well as students for effective planning, resourcing, synergy, and implementation at different levels. All plans contributed together to the achievement of the Strategic Objectives in Strategy 2000 in a progressive and concerted way.

This file was created and accumulated in the course of revising the appointment procedures for senior academic leadership positions, such as Associate Dean, Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department. The records document the work of the Associate Dean Appointment Committee and the Search Committee for Dean, including applications, nomination and election materials.

Includes multiple reports concerning the incorporation of cultural activities in the full-time course curriculum at Northcote College of Education; and on music education, kindergarten education, language skills programmes and core methodology course at the Colleges of Education.
