This fond documents the administration, coordination and policy development of the historical colleges, as well as their collaborative activities. Records include meetings of Principals, joint committees, working groups, liaison activities with the Education Department and discussions relating to academic development, teacher education and institutional planning.

The College Consultative Council was established in 1985 to serve as a forum for exchange of opinions among the College administration, the professional staff and the students on all matters related to the improvement of the College training programmes. On the Council, all ranks of staff and full-time students in each year group and in each course were represented.

Dr Chow initiated an oral history project funded by external research grants, with the aim of documenting the experiences of physical education (PE) teachers who graduated from The Education University of Hong Kong or its predecessor institutions.

Includes meeting particulars, reports and memoranda, on the planning, implementation and review of courses on the use of Chinese for secondary school teachers for teaching specific subjects. The courses were developed jointly by the Advisory Inspectorate of the Education Department, the Colleges of Education, the Hong Kong Technical Teachers' College, and the Institute of Language in Education.

Includes a booklet produced for The Education University of Hong Kong Foundation (The EdUHK Foundation) Thanksgiving Reception cum Scholarship Presentation Ceremony held on 3 May 2019.

The ceremony aimed to recognise students with demonstrated academic excellence or outstanding performance in non-academic areas, and express gratitude to the unfailing support of donors during the 2018/19 academic year.

Officiating at the ceremony were Professor Frederick Ma Si-hang, then Council Chairman of the University and The EdUHK Foundation, and Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung, President of The Education University of Hong Kong. Over 300 friends and supporters of the University, including leading figures from the business and education sectors, as well as staff and scholarship recipients, were in attendance. The year also saw the awarding of about 800 scholarships worth over HK$24 million - a record high for the University.
