Education University of Hong KongThis collection comprises the records of the five government teacher training institutions operating in Hong Kong prior to their 1994 amalgamation. It comprises the individual fond of Northcote College of Education, Grantham College of Education, Sir Robert Black College of Education, the Hong Kong Technical Teachers College, and the Institute of Language in Education.
While independent, the five institutions frequently formed joint committees or working groups to standardise teacher training quality across Hong Kong, often chaired by the Education Department.
