Division of Primary EducationThis series consists of records generated, received or accumulated by the research and administrative activities of the Office, which mainly document HKIEd’s strategic development planning, working progress on University title, HKIEd academic development, UGC visits and the organisation of strategic events such as senior management retreat and roundtables of presidents of universities of education.
Strategic Planning OfficeThis series is a record of the planning and room layouts of the main campus buildings at the main campus of Hong Kong Institute of Education at Tai Po. The campus buildings include the administration, academic, central Facilities and amenities Buildings, which form the core of the campus. The planning was established after six months of discussion and consultation.

School of Foundations in EducationThe series currently includes promotional materials of the Under The Trees exhibition series, which was presented by the Hong Kong Institute of Education in collaboration with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and organized by the Hong Kong Museum of Education and the Hong Kong Museum of History over the course of 2010 and 2011.
The Under The Trees exhibition series is a showcase of the findings of a collaborative research project conducted by the Hong Kong Museum of History and Hong Kong Institute of Education in 2006 on the development of rural education in Hong Kong. There were two exhibitions. The first exhibition, Under The Trees: The History of Hong Kong Village Schools, was on display at the Hong Kong Museum of Education between 14 May 2010 and 31 March 2011; whereas the second exhibition, Under The Trees: People and Stories from Village Schools, was held at the Hong Kong Museum of History from 21 July to 27 September 2010.
Hong Kong Museum of EducationThe series currently consists of published materials of the First Assembly 1994/95 of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. The First Assembly was held on 22 September 1994 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and was officiated by the then Secretary of Education and Manpower, Mr. Michael Leung.
The Education University of Hong KongThe series currently consists of printed ephemera of the Hong Kong Institute of Education's Tai Po Campus topping-out ceremony which was held on 16 April 1997.
The Education University of Hong KongThe series currently consists of records relating to the planning of course visits for a full-time refresher course for English Panel Chairpersons from secondary schools between 1991 and 1994.
English Department, Institute of Language in EducationThe series currently consists of records relating to the planning of in-service courses for English teachers in secondary schools which was undertaken by the Department of English (former name of the Department of English Language Education) during 1995 and 1996.
Department of English Language EducationThe series currently consists of published materials of The Education University of Hong Kong Foundation ("The EdUHK Foundation") Thanksgiving Reception cum Scholarship Presentation Ceremony held on 3 May 2019, to recognise students with demonstrated academic excellence or outstanding performance in non-academic areas, and express gratitude to the unfailing support of donors during the 2018/19 academic year. Officiating at the ceremony were Professor Frederick Ma Si-hang, then Council Chairman of the University and The EdUHK Foundation, and Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung, President of The Education University of Hong Kong. Over 300 friends and supporters of the University, including leading figures from the business and education sectors, as well as staff and scholarship recipients, were in attendance. The year also saw the awarding of about 800 scholarships worth over HK$24 million - a record high for the University.
